We serve all of Minnesota and offer the following legal services:

Family Law -- divorce, custody, paternity, visitation, property settlements, spousal maintenance, orders for protection, harassment, child support, judgments for non-paid support and costs, third-party custody, grandarents’ rights, pre-nuptial agreements, step-parent adoptions, and other family related legal matters.

Estate Planning -n ominations of guardianships of minors, parental delegations to third-parties for emergencies, wills, revocable trusts and other trusts, healthcare powers of attorney, durable powers of attorney for property, and other related estate planning with the goals of preserving wealth, maintaining privacy and control, and to prove a quick settlement and transition of the estate to heirs without the costs of probate.

Elder Law - guardianships, conservatorships, medical assistance, durable powers of attorney, healthcare care directives, property assistance, and planning for the transition of assets from one generation to the next.

Counsel and Advice - review of documents and legal opinions.

Preventive Law - This area of law seeks to protect clients from any future legal entanglements by providing counsel and advice as well as the drafting of documents. For example, an estate plan nominating guardians for minor children allow the children to transition with a minimum of court involvement; or a revocable trust allows an estate to be settled without the cost of probate and allows the family control and privacy; or a pre-nuptial in a first or subsequent marriage preserves non-marital separate property where one party has significant separate assets or family business interests.

Parenting Expeditor Services assist co-parents in disputes regarding parenting time access, holiday time, vacations, and assists in the drafting of parenting plans to avoid having the Court make decisions for parents.
